An activity may be cancelled for a full refund less processing fees if it is cancelled 24 hours prior to the start of the activity date. Changes are allowed as long as The Fairy Bus has been notifies no less than 24 hours prior to the activity date. For shared shuttle services, changes may be made and only permitted on the same day and will depend on availability of seats and schedules.

For instances of bad weather condition, road condition, and other severe factors, The Fairy Bus reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule a certain activity or trip at any given time. The Fairy Bus will do its best to communicate such cancellations and rescheduling, but for instances that The Fairy Bus is unable to, you agree that the company shall not be held liable for any lost and compensations. The customer agrees that only a full refund of the cancelled trip will be provided.
