We believe travel should be stress-free, safe, and simple — from the moment you book to the moment you arrive. To keep things clear and comfortable for everyone, here’s what you need to know about riding with us.
Terms & Conditions
I. Ticket Changes & Cancellations
Tickets may be exchanged up to 24 hours prior to the travel date, subject to availability, for a fee of $25 CAD per ticket.
Tickets cancelled 24 hours or more before the departure date are subject to a non-refundable $4 CAD fee per ticket. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of departure is forfeited and non-refundable.
For shared shuttle services, changes are permitted on the same day only and will depend on seat availability and schedule availability.
In the event a trip is cancelled due to operational adjustments, the passenger agrees that a full refund of the cancelled trip will be provided as the sole compensation.
Refund request can only be accommodated within 7 days from the original trip of the booking date subject to terms and conditions.
II. Departure Times
The times shown on your ticket are scheduled departure times. Please arrive at the designated pick-up location at least five (5) minutes prior to departure.
III. Schedule, Delays and Passenger Responsibility
Departure times may be affected by traffic conditions, road closures, weather, or other operational factors and may be adjusted as part of schedule optimization. Passengers are responsible for checking their email prior to departure for any updates or changes to their booking.
In the event that the company is at fault for a missed pick-up, passengers must report the issue immediately during business hours by phone and follow up via email with supporting proof of the service failure. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements where possible. Please note that reimbursement for alternative transportation (e.g., taxi fare) will not be provided without prior approval from an authorized representative.
By completing a booking, passengers acknowledge and agree that Fairy Bus reserves the right to modify departure times, schedules, or reservations as necessary for operational requirements and shall not be held responsible for any costs or losses incurred as a result of a missed shuttle.
IV. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Locations
We know how hard it is to navigate around when visiting a new place. To ensure a smooth and on-time journey, please familiarize yourself with our pick-up and drop-off locations prior to travel: https://www.fairybus.com/schedules-and-stops
If passengers are unable to locate the shuttle at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time, they must remain at the location and contact us immediately by calling 403-800-0355 or emailing booking@fairybus.com. Failure to do so may result in a missed transfer, for which no refund or compensation will be provided.
V. Additional Luggage Policy
Passengers must notify Fairy Bus in advance of any additional or oversized luggage, including ski bags or snowboards. Failure to provide advance notice may result in denied service without refund. This allows us to ensure sufficient luggage space is available.
VI. Boarding Requirements
Please present your printed ticket or e-ticket, along with a valid government-issued photo ID, to the driver upon boarding.
VII. Privacy & Media Consent
By using this website, passengers consent to the use of their personal information through third-party applications for the purpose of processing and completing bookings.
Passengers also grant permission to The Fairy Bus to capture photographs, video, and/or audio recordings during their use of services, including at pick-up locations and within fleet vehicles. These materials may be used, published, or distributed in future electronic or printed communications, including marketing and promotional materials, at any time without compensation or prior notice. All such photographs, videos, and recordings remain the exclusive property of The Fairy Bus and may be used in digital and printed advertising.

Booking & Cancellations
Booking:
We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your seat. Last-minute reservations are accepted depending on availability.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before departure are eligible for a full refund less applicable fees.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
- Late arrivals may be moved to the next available shuttle on the same day, subject to availability. This is not guaranteed but we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Refund Policy
We’ll process eligible refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are not available for:
- No-shows
- Cancellations made within 24 hours
- Missed pickups due to incorrect contact info
Passenger Conduct & Safety
For everyone’s safety and comfort:
- No smoking, vaping, or alcohol on board
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times
- Children under 6 must be in an approved car seat (we can provide one on request)
Unruly or unsafe behavior may result in denied service without refund.
Luggage Allowance
Each passenger is allowed:
- 1 suitcase (up to 23kg / 50lbs)
- 1 carry-on item
Note:
Extra and/or oversized luggage items (such as ski bags or snowboards) are subject to a $10 CAD fee per item.
Please contact us if you are bringing extra and oversized items so we can ensure enough vehicle capacity. Failure to do so may result in denied service without refund.
Weather & Delays
We drive in all seasons, but your safety comes first.
In case of extreme weather or road closures, we may delay or cancel service. If we cancel your trip, you’ll receive a full refund or option to reschedule.
We’ll notify you via email/text as soon as possible.
