We believe travel should be stress-free, safe, and simple — from the moment you book to the moment you arrive. To keep things clear and comfortable for everyone, here’s what you need to know about riding with us.
Terms & Conditions
By using the website, you are consenting the use of your personal information on a third party applications for the purpose of completing your orders. You also give permission to allow The Fairy Bus to take photographs, video, and/or sound recording during your visit at our location and fleet vehicles to release or use them in its future electronic or printed communications products (at any time, without compensation or notice). The photographs, video, and/or sound recording of your visit at our location and fleet vehicles will be an exclusive property of The Fairy Bus and may be shared with our digital and printed marketing advertisements.
The Fairy Bus maintains a standard cancellation policy requiring at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the activity date. Cancellations made a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund, minus a $4 CAD processing fee.
For shared shuttle services, changes are permitted on the same day only and will depend on seat availability and schedule availability.
A booking reservation change to a different day is subject to a $25 fee plus applicable taxes if the request is made less than 24 hours prior to the original reservation date.
Refund requests may be accommodated if they are submitted within 30 days of the original reservation date. Please note that refunds are not available for no-shows, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity, or missed pick-ups due to incorrect or incomplete contact information provided at the time of booking.
In cases of bad weather conditions, road conditions, or other severe or unforeseen factors, The Fairy Bus reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule any activity or trip at any time. The Fairy Bus will do their best to communicate cancellations or rescheduling, but for instances that The Fairy Bus is unable to, you agree that the company shall not be held liable for any losses or compensation arising from such circumstances. In such cases, the customer agrees that only a full refund of the cancelled trip will be provided.

Booking & Cancellations
Booking:
We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your seat. Last-minute reservations are accepted depending on availability.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before departure are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
- Late arrivals may be moved to the next available shuttle on the same day, subject to availability. This is not guaranteed but we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Refund Policy
We’ll process eligible refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are not available for:
- No-shows
- Cancellations made within 24 hours
- Missed pickups due to incorrect contact info
Passenger Conduct & Safety
For everyone’s safety and comfort:
- No smoking, vaping, or alcohol on board
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times
- Children under 6 must be in an approved car seat (we can provide one on request)
Unruly or unsafe behavior may result in denied service without refund.
Luggage Allowance
Each passenger is allowed:
- 1 suitcase (up to 23kg / 50lbs)
- 1 carry-on item
Note:
Extra and/or oversized luggage items (such as ski bags or snowboards) are subject to a $10 CAD fee per item.
Please contact us if you are bringing extra and oversized items so we can ensure enough vehicle capacity.
Weather & Delays
We drive in all seasons, but your safety comes first.
In case of extreme weather or road closures, we may delay or cancel service. If we cancel your trip, you’ll receive a full refund or option to reschedule.
We’ll notify you via email/text as soon as possible.
