Customers may only select the pickup point corresponding to the start time they choose when initially booking.

  • For Mount Royal Hotel Pick-up, please do not wait at the hotel lobby or at the bus stop along Banff Avenue. Kindly proceed to the commercial bus terminal parking lot behind the hotel's car park.
  • For Samesun and Red Carpet Inn, please do wait at the lobby. Kindly proceed to the bus loading zone between the two accommodations. 
  • For Canalta Lodge, the shuttle will load and board passengers at the bus stop in front if the hotel.
